- The company's philosophy consists of carrying out the best practices when building and operating wind farms, guaranteeing the correct location of the farms and the preservation of historical materials that may be found in the area. In this way, not only is maximum added value provided to the area, but also the possible economic, social and environmental impacts that the operation of the business may represent for the region are mitigated and compensated.
- Audax Renovables' human resources policy prioritises local hiring, a guideline that is also extended to subcontracted companies for the development of different activities and that translates into the direct and indirect generation of employment in the communities in which it operates.
- The Audax Renovables Corporate Social Responsibility policy aims to collaborate with non-profit organisations in our environment in different areas of action: the protection of children at social risk, research, respect for animals, sports and fight against diseases. We understand that our job as a company is to be in a constant relationship with the environment and act responsibly.
- At Audax Renovables this type of action is promoted by the team. Since 2017 it has been the employees who each year propose and vote on which non-profit organisations to collaborate with.
